Discover the tools and resources organized throughout your homescreen.

Locate your profile photo and access your profile.

Tap your profile picture in the lower left corner. Tap "View Profile."
3.
Share as much information about your background and interests as possible.

Click the "story" tab. Upload your resume and transcript (if available) here.

Head to grow.backrs.com. Tap "Build Your Blueprint" at the top of your dashboard or tap the Blueprint icon in your left hand menu.
2.
Read through the facts presented, then answer the questions, being sure to consider your future self, not just your present self.
3.
Explore your results, including your best fit career tracks, career paths, and markers of success.

Watch this video, then take 10 minutes to set 7-10 goals:
1.
Head to grow.backrs.com. Click your profile picture, tap "View Profile," then locate the "Goals" section of your profile.
2.
Click the pencil icon to edit. Then Tap the orange "plus" button and "add a goal" to add your first.
3.
Select the type of goal you want to add, then write it down. Choose to make it public or restrict access to your panel.
